Our Commentary:

For residential, commercial and industrial developments, the project completion date will be extended by 6 months.  Singaporeans who are eligible for additional buyers’ stamp duty remission for their 2nd property will have 1 year instead of 6 months to sell their 1st property.  The relief will further provide support to the developers and buyers who are already owning 1 property.
